Thank you to the many that donated to our first campaign. Though we did not meet our initial goal, we did raise enough money to ensure that we fulfill our promise to the Garfield CLC Class of 2023.
To best serve Akron students, Akron Promise has set a lofty goal to meet by the end of 2023. Meeting our $40,000 goal by December 31st will ensure we will be able to provide college scholarships to each student participating in our programming–ensuring more equitable access to higher education and employment for each youth.
To meet the goal of supporting our Garfield CLC 2024 graduates, we are in need of dedicated community sponsors like you to help us advance our mission of improving access to higher education in Akron. Please see this brochure to learn more about the campaign.
